1. **Introduction to the New Boardroom Model**: In our innovative approach, we're shifting from traditional token payouts to distributing Ethereum (ETH) rewards directly in our boardroom.
2. **Staking for ETH Rewards**: Upon staking your tokens, participants will receive ETH rewards every epoch. An epoch spans 24 hours, allowing for regular payouts.
3. **Initial 24-Hour Lockup Period**: To ensure fairness and stability, there will be a lockup period during the first 24 hours of each epoch. Participants will not be able to claim rewards during this initial phase.
4. **Evolving the Game**: By introducing ETH rewards and adjusting the payout mechanism, we're evolving the dynamics of our boardroom model. This change aims to enhance participation and align incentives among stakeholders.
5. **Sources of ETH Rewards**: ETH rewards will be sourced from various streams, including taxes (5%), volume fees, minting, and v3 Rehypothecation. This diverse pool ensures a sustainable and robust reward system.
6. **Benefits of Ethereum Rewards**: Distributing rewards in ETH offers several advantages, including liquidity, interoperability, and broader utility within the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
7. **Community Feedback and Iteration**: As we roll out this new boardroom model, we welcome feedback from our community. Continuous iteration based on user insights will drive further enhancements and optimizations.
